The Veterans Resource & Outreach Center (VROC) in Rowlett, TX is here to help meet the rising needs of veterans and their families.
Our facility, located at 4210 Industrial Street Bldg 100, serves as the base of operations for a variety of programs and services for the veteran community.
During our first year, the VROC has seen more than 1,500 veterans, helped to provided countless veterans with food, clothing, home & car repairs, counseling, jobs, and so much more. We are committed to bringing long-term solutions to those who have served our great nation.

There is an onsite veteran and trained counseling professional available for appointments to both veterans and their families.

- The Veteran must first be registered as a client with the VROC (valid DD-214 & a brief application)
- Appointments are recommended and are easy to schedule

We serve Active Duty, National Guard Reserve, Veterans, military spouses and family members.
The Rowlett Municipal Court's Veteran Diversion Program Is now a reality!
This program allows suitably screened Veterans charged with a Class C Misdemeanor to opt for Diversion which includes 1 or 2 Sessions with a Certified Counselor at The VROC and Peer Support through the Walk The Bridge event.
Hanging With Heroes is a once a month program designed to interact and engage with our elderly Veteran population who live in independent, assisted, and memory care facilities.
Our Mission is to Honor, Serve, and Support our Veterans, including the elderly, infirm, and homeless!!!
Meetings are hosted on the 3rd Thursday each month.
