Veterans & Community Support
The Veterans Resource & Outreach Center (VROC) in Rowlett, TX is here to help meet the rising needs of veterans and their families.
Our facility, located at 4210 Industrial Street Bldg 100, serves as the base of operations for a variety of programs and services for the veteran community.
During our first year, the VROC has seen more than 1,500 veterans, helped to provided countless veterans with food, clothing, home & car repairs, counseling, jobs, and so much more. We are committed to bringing long-term solutions to those who have served our great nation.

Military Veteran Peer Network
Finding Strength in Community!
2nd & 4th Tuesday every month
11am - 3pm
Service Members, Veterans, Military Spouses, Military Caregivers, Widow/Widowers of military veterans, & those who would like to come learn more about what the VROC offers.
Domingo Rodriguez is a 20yr Navy veteran, an amazing mentor with MANY years of experience providing veterans & their families with a wide variety of support & services. He is a Peer Service Coordinator with MVPN of Dallas & he will be here every Tuesday! You're welcome to either swing by & say a quick hello OR come in & socialize with other veterans & hangout, learn about what your community has to offer, and meet new people!
Food will be provided!
One of our focuses will be on bringing our VROC veteran community together regularly by having weekly/monthly peer groups, classes & fellowship.

Ruck Sacks
The VROC offers backpacks/rucksacks to veterans who are homeless or unable to afford basic hygiene products. Each backpack is filled with the necessities to stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The backpack is filled with snacks, a warm blanket, new socks, soap, comb, toothbrush and so much more.

The Rowlett Municipal Court's Veteran Diversion Program Is now a reality!
This program allows suitably screened Veterans charged with a Class C Misdemeanor to opt for Diversion which includes 1 or 2 Sessions with a Certified Counselor at The VROC and Peer Support through the Walk The Bridge event.
