Veterans Resource & Outreach Center (VROC) in Rowlett, TX to focus on meeting the rising needs of veterans and their families.
This 4,500 sf facility, located at 4210 Industrial Street Bldg 100, is now open and serves as the new base of operations for a variety of programs and services for the veteran community. Working with organizations like Third Watch LEMC, The DAV, The PTSD Foundation, The Marine Corps Lake Ray Hubbard Detachment, and others, the Veterans Resource & Outreach Center is committed to bringing long-term solutions to those who have served our great nation.
These FREE Classes are presented by the American Red Cross and help support service members, veterans, and their families in effectively coping with the challenges related to the various transitions within military life though hands-on, interactive activities. Communicating Clearly - teaches the skills needed to achieve effective communication styles through non-verbals, seeking clarification, self-reflection, "I" statements and other activities that will benefit your relationships, your job, and your life.

We've received a generous donation of plants and stone to finish the landscaping at the Veterans Resource & Outreach Center and we are so grateful!
Thanks to all those who came out to volunteer as part of the “Love My City Week” to help complete the landscaping project.
We need all hands on deck for this historic event in Rowlett/Rockwall to stand united and link hands across the entire 2 mile Route 66 Bridge in support of our Veterans and First Responders so they can know that they are never alone, that we care, that suicide is never the answer, and there is HELP available! Thanks to Third Watch LEMC, the Travis Manion Foundation Dallas Fort-Worth Chapter, MAD Radio, the Lake Ray Hubbard Detachment 1465, the DAV Chapter 137 Rowlett Texas, the Terry Fisher American Legion Post 117 and so many others that are leading the charge to raise awareness on this rising epidemic.
